Hello all!

I am doing my thesis and I am stuck at the part of modelling a peptide which I only have the sequence for. The peptide has N-C cyclization so it is non-linear. I tried scrolling through literature for a straightforward approach to predict the structure of this peptide for downstream analysis but I found nothing but papers presenting their results.

Summary: How can I go from a novel peptide sequence (e. g. KVFGRCELAAAMKRHGLDNY) to a cyclic peptide structure
