Hi,

I am trying to find the correct way to check for the presence of porins and PBPs (penicillin binding proteins) in E. coli and Klebsiella. CARD database does not have all the PBPs/porins I am interested in (neither as reference sequence or analysis tools). I have located some sequences in other reference websites and papers, but not all.

Can anyone please direct me to the correct reference/tool/protocol for analysis?
