You've added even less information than your previous unanswered post. Have you looked through the extensive tutorials and best practises?

You don't provide any information about what you are trying to achieve or what kind of data you have available (i.e., NMR or crystal template, size of proteins, etc...).

i have three different runs with haddock score of -75, -68, -61 . Which one is better among these( molecule 1 is same in all three ,only molecule 2 is changed which is a single protein that is broken into three parts and then used)

You are only focusing on a single value. There are numerous descriptive statistics reported after a run. Together they describe the fit and confidence among others. Again, without knowing what your goal is and what you've done, nobody can answer your question. A description of the reported metrics can be found in their release papers and on their online documentation. My suggestion is to try and understand the reported metrics rather than focusing on just a score.

Can you please guide me what are the others descriptive statistics that can be taken into account for having a good confidence
