Predictor of Activation Domains
Hello, Does anyone have experience using PADDLE (the Predictor of Activation Domains using Deep Learning in Eukaryotes - https://github.com/asanborn/PADDLE). If so, I was wondering if it worked well for you / your experience with it? Alternatively, if anyone has used bioinformatics tools similar to this one, pls share. Thanks!
