Error in CIBERSORTx ($ operator is invalid for atomic vectors)

Hi,

I'm trying to run CIBERSORTx but keep getting the following error:

CIBERSORTx error

I can't figure out what's causing it. I've already checked a previous post (Error in CIBERSORTx) but unfortunately it still did not work.

This is a screenshot of part of the data I uploaded into CIBERSORTx:

I've tried both txt and tsv files to no avail.

In addition, this is a screenshot of the job parameters. Enabling or disabling batch correction did not affect it, nor did changing the permutations.

I'm honestly at a loss for what to do especially since I am still new to all of this, so any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
