Annotate wormbase genes
I need to annotated my gene IDs which are wormbase genes, and the gene IDs look like this:
WBGene00000001
WBGene00000002
WBGene00000003
I cannot find the right R package for doing this. Anyone has good suggestions?

Where did you get these IDs from?Ah, they are wormbase IDs, not worm based genes. The metadata for this can be downloaded as a TSV file here: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/biopragmatics/bioregistry/main/exports/registry/registry.tsv
