Preprocessing CyTOF data in R
Hi,
I am doing some mass cytometry data analysis and am hoping to find an R package/functions to assist in pregating my data to get rid of debris, doublets, and dead cells.
If anyone has any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
