Online free server to check epitope similarity with human

How are u all...kindly recommend me an online server i wanted to check my epitopes similarity to human sequences in order to avoid cross reactivity.. I have tried peptide match server but its not availible now kindly recommend me its alternative

The server you mention may have been superseded by UniProtKB peptide search. That will find peptide matches. If those matches are enough to avoid crossreactivity (of an AB, a vaccine?) I cannot say.
