Capture periodicity and uniformity in a feature
Hi,
I would like to capture in one number (in order to feed a ML algorithm) a measure of periodicity between different groups of fragments. In this image is clear that in the first set there is a 3 peaks with an equal distance between then and in the second there is a more homogeneous distribution. Do you have an idea on how to do that, if it is in python is better.
