Metabolomics Data Analysis
Hi all, I am new to the world of metabolomics and wanted to ask peoples advice. I have a data set with many samples (each sample has a different set of conditions) and a metabolomics dataset for each sample. The matabolomics dataset was collected using MS and is simply a list of compounds and their respective PPMs. What R package would you all recommend using to analyze this dataset if I am interested in correlating metabolomics data to sample conditions?
