Mosaic detection from BAM 30xWGS
Hello.
I am new in genetics and I am interested in detection of mosaic genome from BAM file. I have my WGS 30x results. Is it possible to use it for mosaic detection even when samples were taken from only a single location (mouth swab)? Are there any tools to detect it from BAM file?
