Hi,

I am in need of creating all_genotypes_by_snps.CHP.bin and all_genotypes_by_snps.CHP.index.txt files for snpchip samples using related APT tools.

I will use those files in creating genotype calling files as below, and eventually will create plink files from this generated base call file.

apt-format-result  --batch-folder <folder location> <file>  --annotation-file <file>  --export-txt-file

Any help is appreciated.
