I collect a variety of tools here for viz, here specifically MSA tools https://cmdcolin.github.io/awesome-genome-visualization/?latest=true&tag=MSA (here is a link filtered on MSA and JS for basically browser based tools https://cmdcolin.github.io/awesome-genome-visualization/?language=JS&latest=true&tag=MSA). the ease of re-use may vary depending on tool. note also that jalview can run in the browser view jalview js https://www.jalview.org/jalview-js/
