Kobas-i metabolic pathways
The metabolic pathways in the KOBAS-i metabolic pathway enrichment are not given a title. They are grouped from C1 to C7 and 'other':
The KEGG pathway map numbers are similar (https://www.genome.jp/kegg/pathway.html), but they do not match the metabolic pathways in KOBAS-i:
Does anyone know what the KOBAS-i metabolic pathways (i.e. C1-C7) represent?
