Prediction of T2D, based on GWAS rsIDs
Hi. I am working on a project for prediction of T2D for the individuals based on the result of DNA microarray. Now I have 5500 rsIDs and its Odds ratio, I have a database of 1000 subject. How can I use these odds ratio to predict the diabetes (T2D) susceptibility?
