cosine simialrity of mutation signature analysis
Hello, I am trying to do mutation signature analysis using MutationalPatterns tool.
In 'plot_96_profile' step,,, When showing the best matched signature, is it possible to have cosine similarity also appear on the plot?
For example, functions like plotSignatures in maftools.
If there's anything strange about the question, please let me know. I will edit it.
I would appreciate your help.
