NCBI nt seqid2taxid.map
Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could share with me a link to a seqid2taxid.map that would be built when generating a Kraken2 database for NCBI. I need it to make a taxonomy.csv file for use with KrakenTools. However I downloaded the database from here but those files were not contained within.

Is that equivalent to the file you are looking for?
It is equivalent, however for some reason that file is not included in the nt database. I opened an issue on the github.
