Install packages in old version Julia
Hello.
I I use Julia version 0.3.1 to use cyclops module. How can I install the package in that version of Julia? For example, I need 'StatsBase' package. I tried to install the package using the 'using Pkg' function, but an error message appears saying that Pkg cannot be found.
Please help me.
