problem installing HapMap package in python

Hi, I tried installing HapMap package using pip install HapMap but I am getting this error:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement HapMap (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for HapMap

I also searched for downloading HapMap package but couldn't find much. Please help me!

Try to upgrade pip
