how do i convert my genomic data into proteome?
I need to convert my whole genome sequence data containing genome sequence into protein sequence. What tools I can use for this?

If this is homework, you should do it on your own. A general answer is that one must predict genes from genomic sequences and translate them to proteins. In case you don't know, there is a huge difference in how this is done in prokaryotes vs eukaryotes, and we have no clue which one you have.
