Merge microbiota data
Hello,
I have 5 .txt files with microbiota characterization, each with a group of participants (1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50) and I need to merge into 1. Unfortunately the taxonomy information in the rows is not in the same order between the files and I need to make sure that I don't have duplicates. Can you please guide me to solve this issue? I have a little (very little) experience with R.
