valid pairs to .hic
I have over 1Billion valid pairs from one cell type and 1 Billion from another cell type. I want to run differential loops and TADs analysis on this data. Unfortunately, I am not able to convert this huge valid pairs file into .HIC or hicpro format to do any downstream processes. Do you have any suggestions on this?
