tfea.chip mouse server
Has anyone used https://www.iib.uam.es/TFEA.ChIP/ for transcription factor binding analysis for RNA seq data from mice?
I am trying to use the server but every time I select the mouse option the server gets disconnected. It's been for 3 days now.
I am using this server for the first time so I am unsure how long it will go or how to contact for assistance.

I believe you can do this faster in R. TFEA.ChiP (TFEA.ChIP on Bioconductor (R v3.5)) is available on Bioconductor
