How to access the IT15/HTT gene fasta format of each sequenced individual from Phase 3 of the 1000 Genomes Project?
Hello, everyone. I'm new to bioinformatics and I'm currently working on a project for one of my college courses. My professor is encouraging me to try obtaining the FASTA sequence of the HTT gene for all the sequenced individuals from the 1000 Genomes project. I've attempted a few approaches, but haven't had much success so far.
