Comparative analysis of NGS platforms for data analysis
Hi i am a student of bioinformatics and working on a research project so i have to compare NGS platforms and select best sequencer platforms among three platforms as Illumina, Ion torrent and oxford nanopore. I did data analysis and generated vcf files now how to compare results and which parameters indicates that which is best platforms among these three please help.
