Access age metadata for gnomAD, HGDP + 1KG dataset

Hi all,

I recently downloaded the HGDP + 1KG dataset from the gnomAD website (https://gnomad.broadinstitute.org/downloads#v3-hgdp-1kg). I am trying to find out the age of the patients at the time of the analysis, but I cannot find this info in the metadata files they provide. I was wondering if anyone knows of somewhere where I can find this info.
