Outgroup for 1000 genomes project
Hello everyone
I am looking to find an outgroup for 1kgp data. Best case scenario id like to get Neanderthal, Denisovan, Chimp and rhesus macaque. My issue is I am unsure of how to add these samples to the VCF that I currently have from the 1000 genomes project. Any ideas on how to include them?
