Hey guys,

So I am trying to test out the ImmuneBuilder tool mentioned in this paper, "ImmuneBuilder: Deep-Learning models for predicting the structures of immune proteins". I have recorded the speed and memory usage on my gpu. The issue is that when I run this program in the future I won't always have a GPU available and I wanted to see how this runs using only CPU processing.

However when I downloaded the packages it defaulted to running on the GPU and the paper above only mentions running it on a GPU. So I was wondering if anyone knew if this tool is only designed for use on a machine with a GPU, or if there is a way to run it on my machine without using the GPU.
