I performed differential gene and microRNA expression analysis relative to a continuous variable. I was wondering if it is possible to integrate these results in some way to get a more personalized output for mRNA-miRNA interactions (rather than looking up regulatory targets for each microRNA with TargetScan for example) that would be interesting to explore?
