Bioinformatics in drug designing

Hi all

I have a background both in pharmacy and bioinformatics and I have been exploring the ways bioinformatics can be used in drug discovery (pharmaceutical bioinformatics)

But I'm trying to find a literature which makes it easier for me to understand the concept more efficiently. So if anybody have an idea regarding that it will be helpful for me.

No problem.

Even if integrating all the knowledge in those two fields is very difficult, the goal of understanding what is in the literature is easy. Consider the following approach:

A pubmed query for ("bioinformatics" AND "drug design") returns 2770 results.

if you then restrict to only reviews, then restrict further to articles written after 2021, then pubmed returns 78 results, a tractable number. simply skim the titles of all 78 reviews, and select a few that closely align with your interests, then read those in detail.
