Reference genome to map embryonic mouse sequences

I have set of Bulk RNA seq data of embryonic mouse sequences.What reference genome I should use to map it ? Is it same as mm10 ?

Developmental stage does not alter the DNA sequence per se, so it is mm10 as for every other mouse experiment or the newer GRCm39, for example get it from GENCODE.
