Hello everyone,

I have qPCR data and In the excel file, samples are in rows and genes are in columns. I have normalized the data to the internal control and also i have clinical data such as stage and gender.

How can I do clustering for Ct values in two groups of control and cancer?

Any recommendations or solutions would be appreciated.
