Hello everyone,
With QuantStudio, I set up a qPCR assay and chose the standard method. there is a part for define and set up the standards ,Do I have to define the standard curve myself, or does the device provide it to me automatically in the end ?i am not sure to define or leave it empty.
in preivious version we do not havê this part and i could see the curves in the end.
Any recommendations or solutions would be appreciated.

I am not familiar with that particular software, but it should be able to devise a standard curve by itself, if you provide it with the locations of the wells on the plate and the standard's concentrations respectively dilution factors. Applied Biosystems always had a nice brochure on the basic theory of qPCR available - see Section VII for an excellent and comprehensive introduction.
