selection of 2 by 2 Chi-square Test
Hi, I want to check whether there is a significant difference between the proportion of RNA binding proteins in my gene set and the proportion of all RNA binding proteins in all genes, what statistical method should I choose? is it Chi-square test？Any guidance is appreciated.
