Hello everyone, I know rs6656401 is AD loci. I did LD analysis in spleen gtex data and found LD snp pair for this rsid. I want to see if the rsid present in spleen for a gene that has LD with rs6656401 is associated with AD or not. Can anyone explain me what next step I should do or what should I do? Thank you
