inquiry related to same SNP for a gene across for two tissues
Hello everyone I have a question. I have a file in which some snp are shared for a particular gene across two tissues. Can anyone let me know what does this mean? And how can I measure whether this commonality has an impact. I know one possibility could be that there LD score is high. Is there any other tests that I can do to see if the SNP shared across these two tissues have something to do with the function of the gene. Thank you
