How to analyze SCRNA seq data labelled with LARRY?
Hello,
I have some data that were labeled with LARRY (https://github.com/AllonKleinLab/LARRY). There is set of instructions on how to analyze the data but they do not apply to 10X data which is what I have. Has anyone used LARRY with 10x data and could give me some guidance on how to analyze it?
