Samtools mpileup with 10x data
Hello,
I am new to bioinformatics and am currently working with 10x single cell data, samtools and Monovar. I am trying to run mpileup on samtools and am trying to keep the cellular barcodes from the 10x data in the output file from mpileup. I'm not sure how to do this, could someone provide me with guidance?
