Fast mapping from PDB id to CATH domains

I have around 30k PDB ids that I want to map to their corresponding CATH domains. Is there an existing database that I can download that already contains PDB id's CATH domains in a spreadsheet format preferably. Or is there a quick way to do batch mapping ?

I appreciate the reasons why you asked the question in this forum, but in most cases going to the primary database will be the best source for these questions.

It wouldn't surprise me if a little bit of digging through the PDB site will uncover their own CATH mapping.

There is a way to do a quick mapping by sequence (through HMMs), but it depends what kind of accuracy you are looking for. Lastly, not all PDB structures have CATH assignments.
