Mapping from TIGRFAM to PFAM
Hi everyone,
I have a list of TIGRFAM IDs and I would like to find a non-manual way to map them to the corresponding PFAM ID(s). However, it seems to me that TIGRFAM IDs have virtually no mapping files to other protein / protein domains ID systems. Anyone has any insights?
