Is there a package that can do downstream analysis of single-cell V(D)J sequencing?
Hello,
After running cellranger multi with single-cell VDJ-T sequencing data, I get the cellranger output for each sample. Is there a package that can do downstream analysis of single-cell V(D)J sequencing, like scanpy or seurat for single-cell RNA-seq?
