Choice of relatedness cutoff for GWAS of a large cohort (>100K samples)

Hi all,

When dealing with a large cohort (>100K samples) for GWAS, is there a case for using the more stringent cutoff to exclude 3rd degree related samples instead of 2nd degree related samples?
