Normalize Together Total RNA-SEQ vs Ampliseq protocols reads
Hello, We would like to analyze together RNA-seq data obtained from two protocols (ampliseq, and total-RNAseq) sequenced by ion-torrent. Anyone has done this before? Would it be correct to normalize together these two type of reads. Thanks in advance.
