Cibersort phenotpe file to create signature matrix
Hi, I am trying to create a phenotype class file in cibersort. I want to know how to assign 1, 2 or 0 to cell types. I have different cells compared to the LM22 matrix. Any advice on how to build your own phenotype class file?
