high resolution deconvolution problem

Hello

I would like to run a high resolution analysis using CIBERSORT. That means I want to extract cell-specific differential expression from a bulk RNA-seq that is a mixture of different cell types.

I have an adipose tissue RNA-seq dataset, which is a mixture of different cell types, with various phenotypes.

I also have some reference RNA-seq datasets for various cell types I am interested in. However, this reference dataset does not have the same phenotypic data as my mixture.

If I understood correctly how CIBERSORT works, unless I have this phenotypic data, my objective is impossible. Is this correct? Is there any workaround?
