What should be the files type of the populations in the folder for running D-statistics(qpDstat)?
DReichLab/AdmixTools mentions the input data to be in EIGENSTRAT format but what should be the format in which the population data are stored in the folder? In an example, I came across .DG and .REF file formats what do they mean?
