Any R package for pathway upstream regulator analysis?

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a R package can perform analysis to identify upstream regulator of enriched pathway(s)?

I know IPA has such a function but I'd like to write my own code using open source R packages.

I know a few packages which can perform pathway analysis/enrichment very nicely but it seems lacking of upstream regulator analysis.

thank you for your response @alwayshope. I took a look of Enrichr but it seems not having a function/model to identify upstream regulator. Instead, it seems only identify enriched pathways.
