genes changing together in differentiation trajectory package
Hi, I am doing differentiation trajectory analysis, and I need to find a list of genes that change in a similar pattern along one of the trajectories. Can anyone recommend packages for this? I already tried fcoex, but it cannot do what I am looking for.
