Add microRNA annotation to DEseq2
Hello,
I am trying to perform micro-RNA analysis and convert ENSEMBL IDs to microRNA
I tried using Biomart and results are attached. It doesn't produce any micro-RNA.
Why is this happening and is there any other way to annotate micro-RNA into the pipeline like mRNA?
