Types of SNPs naming related to GWAS

Hi, I would like to start a post-GWAS functional analysis and would like to get some clarification about the definition of SNPs, identified from GWAS.

Tag SNPs - representative single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in a region of the genome. Usually lowest p-value.

LD SNPs - SNPs in linkage disequilibrium with the tag SNPs. Equally causative.

Fine-mapped SNPs - a credible sets of SNPs in a region.

Near-independent SNPs - obtained from the conditional analysis. Contained secondary signals of the original GWAS SNPs

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thank you.
